AHH! My first official newsletter! Welcome to Fiercely Connected Wellness, forged out of necessity, at a time when we had to be FIERCE, we all desired connection and wellness took on a whole new meaning. I love working in person but COVID proved to me that I could maintain connection and get the same results with patients whether we were in the same room or hundreds of miles apart. Telehealth allows for uncovered smiles, the convenience of no travel time, gas money spent, missed work, or time spent waiting in an exam room. Human connection is SO important despite how we get it! #beFIERCE

 

 

Delivering a newsletter through email is one of the best ways to stay in touch on a regular basis. My hope is to share recipes, give brief overviews of current issues, answer questions, help with obstacles, cheer you on and maybe share a little sunshine. PAIN ~ WEIGHT CONNECTION

 

Some of you know that I have been working for Axis Spine Center and during this time I have become certified in Obesity Medicine and Precision Nutrition Coaching. I have witnessed pain and weight affected patients improve with my coaching. Some patients have both concerns and some only one. It does not matter if the pain caused the weight or if weight caused the pain. I am here to help. I have put together a guide with my most helpful tactics and added tracking pages as well.
